Sports Physical
All students must have a current sports physical on file in order to participate/tryout. A valid 2024-2025 physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2024. Physicals are mandatory for participation.
All sports physicals must be uploaded to Final Forms. Also, the parent AND student section in Final Forms must be completed in order to participate in sports at Emerson.
