Pre-Arranged Absence Form

Please see the "Pre-Arranged Absence Form" below. This should be completed when students and families have a pre-arranged absence of 3 or more days. Students are responsible for completing assignments and work.

Students can also pick up a copy of this form in the Counseling Office.
